Wolins, Rebecca, 1901-1987
Variant namesRebecca Wolins, a legal secretary, was active in the Los Angeles and San Francisco Jewish communities. She was particularly concerned about the plight of the Soviet Jews, and she participated in Hadassah and the Organization for Rehabilitation through Training (O.R.T.). For a time, she joined the John Birch Society, and she reported on that organization's activities to the Anti-Defamation League; b. Rebecca Lentzner.
