Morrow, Robert, b. 1825.

Robert Morrow was born September 20, 1825 in Sparta, Sussex County, New Jersey. He married Martha Cory on April 13, 1850. They emigrated to Kansas Territory in 1856. In 1857, Morrow was among those who signed a petition for a charter for the city of Lawrence, and he served as one of the city's first councilmen in 1858. In the Free-State election of August 9, 1857, he was elected to the House of Representatives under the Topeka constitution, serving in the Territorial Legislature in 1858 and 1859. He was a member of the Kansas Senate in 1861 and 1862.
