Williams, Mary Elizabeth, 1909-1976.
Mathematician (Radcliffe, A.B., 1933; University of Kentucky, M.A., 1936), Williams taught math at Ashland, Ky. Senior High School (1936-1941), and Marshall College (1942-1946), became chair of the mathematics dept. of Skidmore College in 1946, and was a member of a number of professional organizations.
