Louis Van Oeyen
Louis Van Oeyen (1865-1946) was a photo journalist for the Cleveland Press newspaper in Cleveland, Ohio. As a news photographer he covered a variety of subjects, but was particularly interested in professional baseball. He claimed that he was named the official photographer of the American League in 1908 and the official photographer of the 1922 World Series.
