Black Cat Press
Norman Forgue (1904-1985) began the Black Cat Press in 1932 while he was working as a printer for the Ludlow Typographic Company. The Black Cat Press produced over 300 titles ranging from poetry to Americana from 1932 until 1974 when it closed. Beginning in 1961, the Black Cat Press produced miniature books.
