Elsing, Morris J., 1883-1959.
Chief Geologist and Mine Superintendent, Elsing arrived in Arizona in 1907 and worked for the Phelps Dodge Copper Queen Mine in Bisbee. In 1910, he was chief geologist and mine superintendent for the Cananea Consolidated Copper Company in Sonora, Mexico. He returned to Bisbee in 1918 to open a consulting office, remaining there until his transfer to Tucson in 1928.
