Chepeleff, Ross, 1916-1985.
Ross Chepeleff was son of Father John Chepeleff and was active as a layman in the Church most his life, especially with Federation of Russian Orthodox Clubs. He was director of the church Office of Information and Public Relations (1878-1982).
