University Productions is the unit responsible for University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance productions. Productions include both professional productions and university productions in dance, theatre, opera, and musical theatre. The unit has been responsible for managing music and theatre facilities, including Hill Auditorium, Lydia Mendelssohn Theatre, Power Center for the Performing Arts, Rackham Auditorium, and Trueblood Theatre.

Earlier theatrical productions were done under the auspices of the Department of Speech which incorporated theatre before theatre and drama became a separate department after 1979.
