Hopkins family.
Brothers George and Erasmus Hopkins served in the Virginia Infantry, Corse's Brigade, York Rangers, Co. I, 32nd Regiment, and Caroline Grays, Co E, 30th Regiment, respectively, during the Civil War. Their brother, Augustus, married Mary Kennon Wortham. Joe may have been their sister, Josephine (1830-1896).
