Thompson, Rosemary, 1950-
Variant namesRose Thompson (1930- ), teacher and author, born in Greene County, Georgia. Worked in middle Georgia for the Farm Security Administration as a home supervisor in the 1930s and 1940s. Collected stories told to her by African American families she visited and published some in "Foxfire" magazine. In 1982, a collection of her works were published in HUSH CHILD! CAN'T YOU HEAR THE MUSIC?
