Methodist Episcopal Church (Stanton, Mich.)
The first Methodist class in Stanton (Mich.) was organized on Dec. 12, 1865. Rev. R.V. Rook, the first Methodist minister in Stanton, led the building of the first Methodist church there, which was completed on May 25, 1873.
