Professor Emeritus of Sociology, The Ohio State University. Prof. Reckless established the nation's first senior and graduate program in criminology at OSU. A pioneer in American criminal justice and penology, he was involved in establishing corrections and delinquency prevention programs in the U.S. and in India.
