Inland Empire Telephone Company.
The Cheney Telephone Company and the Inland Empire Telephone Company (Spangle, WA) merged to become the Inland Empire Telephone Company (IETC). IETC later became part of Telephone Utilities, which became part of Pacific Telephone, a firm serving many rural areas in the Northwest.
