Artist, actress, and writer, active in Town Theatre (Columbia, S.C.); graduate, 1931, of the University of South Carolina; daughter of William Gordon Belser and Mary Elizabeth Wilson Belser; died, 19 Jan. 2009, at age 98.

Fuller completed graduate courses in the School of Social Service Administration at the University of Chicago; worked for seven years with the S.C. Department of Welfare and the Children's Bureau and for seven years, was business manager of Columbia's Town Theatre, where for over 25 years, she also acted and volunteered backstage; served as the artist for the Anderson Tri-Centennial Committee and, for a number of years, was "artist in residence" for Clemson University's horticultural gardens, now the South Carolina Botanical Garden.
