Astry, Francis, 1676-1766
Francis Astry was born in 1675. He was educated at the Merton College of Oxford in the early 1700s, and was the treasurer of St. Paul's in 1715. He wrote "Humility recommended," a sermon preached at St. Paul's on April 20, 1716. He died on October 30, 1766, at the age of 91.
