Palmer, Thomas. A map of the survey and subdivision of all that tract of 50,000 acres of land on the south side of the Mohawk River in Tryon alias Albany County, granted to William Bayard and others found on my survey thereof to contain 54,120 acres of land the whole being divided into 110 lots each containing 492 acres being actually survey'd bounded and discribed agreeable to a certain agreement bearing date & c & c : the parchment map with the field book, containing a discription of the bounds of each lot, containing certain remarks respecting the general bounds of the tract wth some observations on the nature of the soil situation & c & c remaining in the hand of the New York proprietors / the whole surveyed by Thos. Palmer & Beriah Palmer, surveyors.
