Stanley Simpson Addison, O.B.E. was Assistant Registrar, University of Melbourne, 1920-31, and the Managing Director, Melbourne University Press, 1922-31. He was also one of the founders of Melbourne University Press and Victorian Council for the Maintenance of Sound Monetary Conditions.
