Historical note: Tucson High School was started in 1906 in a small adobe building. In 1908-1909, a new building was located where Roskruge Middle School now stands. Later the school was moved to its current location. The school publication from 1906 through June 1907 was known as "High School Life", then the name was changed to "The Tucsonian" in December 1907.
