Emory University. Air Force ROTC.
An Air Force ROTC program was established at Emory University in 1919. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, in response to the Vietnam War, Emory students and faculty protested the presence of ROTC on campus. As a result, the Emory Air Force ROTC program was discontinued in 1974.
