Mann, William Joseph, 1875-1951.
Member of the Legislative Council for South-West province, from May 1926-Apr. 1951. Born in Ballarat, where he was a newspaper owner and editor, he came to W.A. in 1896, and was editor of the "South-Western news" in Busselton.
