Wyoming Association for Family and Community Education.
Wyoming Homemakers Extension Council was an offshoot of the Wyoming Cooperative Extension Service; est. as an organization for rural women primarily for the purpose of providing social activities and discussion of homemaking practices and issues; council later expanded outreach to include community education and civic issues; 1994 renamed the Wyoming Association for Family and Community Education.
