McCutcheon, Otis E. (Otis Eddy), 1845-1926.

Otis E. McCutcheon was born in Dryden, N.Y., on Aug. 8, 1845. His parents moved the family to a farm near Albion, Mich. in 1846. He attended Albion College and later studied law at Charlotte, Mich. and was admitted to the bar in 1872. A Republican, he served as a state representative for the Midland County District in 1879 and 1881. He returned to his private law practice ca. 1886 and moved to Saginaw in 1892. He left Mich. in 1901 to settle in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He and his wife, Emily, had four children, Nele (1877-), Otto (1878-), Grace (ca.1880-) and Robert (ca. 1882-). Otis died in 1926.
