Biography
Sir John Martin-Harvey (1863-1944) was an English actor-manager and member of Henry Irving's Lyceum Theatre company in London for fourteen years before inaugurating his own management of the Lyceum in 1899. His performances included parts in: The Only Way, A Cigarette Maker's Romance, The Breed of Treshams, and Oedipus Rex, among others.
