Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (Snohomish, Wash.)
Known as Swan’s Trail, located east of Everett in rural Snohomish County, this congregation organized under the leadership of L. C. Foss in 1908. The congregation was served by him and neighboring pastors until 1912 when C. H. Norgaard came to serve both Our Savior’s in Everett and Swan’s Trail. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Finley gave property in 1915 for a church and services were held there in 1916. Through the years the congregation has been part of parish ministries with congregations from Everett and Marysville, while being served by pastors from those congregations. The first full-time pastor came in 1959.
