Dartmouth Dante Project.

Professor Robert Hollander of Princeton University initiated the project at Dartmouth College as a visiting professor. The Dante Project provided online access to the full text of Dante's Divine Comedy and the commentaries of 70 authors in Latin, Italian, and English. The project was funded by private and public sources including the Dante Society of America, Apple Corporation, AT&T, Digital Equipment Corporation, Packard Foundation, Mellon Foundation, National Endowment for the Humanities, and Dartmouth College.
