Moncrieff, Frederick E.
Frederick E. Moncrieff was born September 25, 1922, in Detroit, Mich. He worked as an editor, writer, photographer, and manager for the University of Michigan News and Information Services between 1946 and 1966. Moncrieff served as business manager and press representative for the University of Michigan Symphony Band tour of the Soviet Union and the Near East in 1966.
