Averill family.
Capt. Frank Averill and his wife, Margaret resided in Rockland, Maine. Frank commanded several coasting schooners including the Union, Lucy Ames and Benton. They carried lime from Rockport, returning with available cargoes such as coal and salt from New York, Baltimore, Providence and Boston.
