Subsidiary of the Great Western Sugar Company. Incorporated in 1901. Used to move sugar beets from fields to processing plants. Line originally ran from Loveland, Colo. to near Berthoud, Colo. Eventually ran to Evans, Colorado. Consisted of 84 miles of mainline and 27 miles of sidetrack. By 1967, owned and operated 254 cars. Also interchanged traffic with other lines. Purchased by Omni Tracks in mid 1980s.
