Fletcher, Ethel.
In 1933 L.E. (Louis E.) Fletcher purchased land near Deckers in southwestern Douglas County, Colorado, and lived there with his wife, Ethel, and son Louis (Bud). The Fletcher Ranch was originally part of the Ammons homestead dating to the 1880s. On the ranch was the Sylvia School (Douglas County District 21) that dated to the late 1800s. In 1942 Mrs. Ethel Fletcher was appointed teacher at that school.
