Campbell Wallace was a Tennessee entrepreneur. Prior to the Civil War, he was president of the East Tennessee and Georgia Railroad. During the war, he rejected a brigadiership to stay with the railroad and help move troops. After the war, Wallace relocated to Georgia where he was the first president of the Georgia Railroad Commission.
