Smith, Philip W., b. 1889.
Philip W. Smith was a Quaker dairyman from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. He was born in 1889 to Hester Jacob Smith. He attended the George School for a period of time, but left to help on the farm; he then attended Penn State for two years. He married Edna Wood in 1913.
