Burton Noble Gates Collection, 1797-1951 (University of Guelph)
B.N. Gates assembled this collection over the course of a long career in apiculture chiefly in Massachusetts where he taught at the Agricultural College and was the first State Inspector of Apiaries. He also taught at Guelph in 1912 and 1918-1919.
