The Affirmative Action Compliance Committee was formed at the request of Harry J. Wolf, Director of Affirmative Action, to develop compliance procedures, data gathering and analysis. These included salary analysis, a locations analysis to examine race, sex, and national origin of each job title in each organizational unit within the university, and a promotion analysis. In 1975 it was merged, along with the Commission on the Status of Women and the Human Relations Commission to form the Equal Opportunity Committee.
