Northern Michigan Railroad Company.
Incorporated in 1867 under the state laws of Michigan, the company purposed to construct a line from Saginaw, Mich., to Straits of Mackinaw, then to a point on the south shore of Lake Superior on the Michigan-Wisconsin boundary line.
