Hide Profile

The Central Michigan University (CMU) chapter of Phi Delta Kappa (PDK) Delta Chi was chartered on July 18, 1959. It was then a male fraternity. Women members were admitted in 1974. It is now an international association. A one-year student membership is available to undergraduates admitted to an education program. After successful completion of student teaching, a person may apply to become a full member. The goals of the CMU chapter of PDK are to strengthen their connections to CMU by establishing opportunities for undergraduate students, student teachers, and graduate students to become active PDK members.
