Templeton Crocker Pacific Expedition (1934-1935)
Conducted and sponsored by Templeton Crocker.
Other members were James Paul Chapin, Francis Lee Jaques, Harry L. Shapiro, Maurice Willows, and Toshio Asaeda. The expedition traveled 14,000 miles from Sept. 1934 through April 1935 to the South Pacific and Peru on board the yacht ZACA to secure four bird groups for the American Museum of Natural History's Whitney Memorial Hall.
