Dubuque Federation of Labor.
The Dubuque Federation of Labor was formed by the 1958 merger of the Dubuque Trades and Labor Congress and the Dubuque County Industrial Union Council. The Federation includes unions in Clayton, Dubuque, Fayette, and Jones Counties in Iowa; as well as Jo Davies County in Illinois and Grant County, Wisconsin.
