Ready, Martin.
A. C. Barclay, a former policeman, was injured in a train collision in Malheur County, Oregon.
He brought suit not only against the Oregon Washington Railroad and Navigation Company, but also against its employees. He was awarded damages by the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Multnomah County. The company appealed to the Oregon Supreme Court in 1915.
