Geffen, David.
David Geffen (1938- ), rabbi and author, son of Louis, grandson of Tobias, studied at Emory University, then served as rabbi at Congregation Beth Shalon (Wilmington, Del.) from 1970-1977, and in 1993 became rabbi at Temple Israel (Scranton, Pa.). He was involved with the Masorti Movement in Israel.
