Loop and Lookout Railroad Company.
The company was incorporated in West Virginia August 17, 1907. December 30, 1931 conveyd by deed to the Nicholas, Fayette and Greenbrier Railroad Company.
December 1908 to 1911 construction of railroad from Dyer, WV to Burdette Creek WV. 1911 operation begun by Meadow River Lumber Company. October 1915 to March 1916 Wilderness, WV. March 6, 1916 lease and operation began by Sewell Valley and Ohio Railway Company.
