Lloyd B. Cox was a real estate broker in Bedford. In addition to maintaining his private practice, Cox served as an appraiser for the Saw Mill Parkway, the Tax Equalization of 1934, and (beginning November 1936) the Delaware Aqueduct Proceeding conducted by the New York City Board of Water Supply. The papers in this collection all pertain to Cox's work on the Delaware Aqueduct.
