Omer, Albert R., 1897-1987
Albert R. Omer was a president and secretary-treasurer of unions representing United Engineering and Foundry, and Wean United, and a volunteer organizer for the Steel Workers Organizing Committee. He was born in Hosn, Syria, 12 Sept. 1897, and died in New Castle, Pa., 3 Oct. 1987.
