Critchlow, Arthur Burtis, 1865-1943.
Arthur Burtis Critchlow was born in Tonawanda, New York, on March 10, 1865. At the age of nine his family moved to the Uintah Valley Indian Agency, where Critchlow's father was the Indian Agent. Critchlow later served as County Commissioner of Rio Blanco County and was actively involved in the Colorado cattle industry. He died in Grand Junction, Colorado, in 1943.
