Cramer, L. E. (Louis Edward), 1902-
L.E. Cramer (b. 1902), a civil engineer specializing in hydrology, worked for the United States Bureau of Reclamation from 1933-1954. From 1954-1958 he was a supervising engineer in Afghanistan for International Engineering Inc., and then was employed by Bechtel Corporation from 1958 until he formed his own consulting firm in 1970. In 1963, he was named consulting engineer for the California Water Project, which was completed in 1973.
