Billmeyer, b.1919, was Research Chemist, Polychemicals Dept., E. I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., Inc., and Lecturer in High Polymers, University of Delaware. This typescript was used as a textbook for graduate-level courses in the chemistry of high polymers at University of Delaware.
