Doran, Homer M., 1920-2006.
Homer M. Doran graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1943. He served on the staff of CINCNAVSOUTH, CINCUSNAVSUR and OPNAV. He was CO of USS Wrangell (AE-12). He retired from the Navy in 1972.
