Brandon, Devils Lake and Southern Railway Company.
The company was incorporated in 1905 and eventually constructed a rail line from Hansboro, near the Canadian border, to Rocklake (13 miles). The company was turned over to the Farmers Grain and Shipping Company for operation in 1910. Its charter expired in 1945.
