Noga, Francois.
Biographical information included with the collection indicates that Noga was born in Austria in 1892, came to Chicago, was an artist and violin-maker who also worked for 49 years as a garment cutter, perhaps for Kuppenheimer and Company, manufacturers of men's clothing. He later lived in Scappoose, Oregon.
