Schott, Phillip H.

In 1961, Phillip Schott joined the Legislative Analyst's Office and in 1963 he became the California Assembly Chief Administrative Officer, a post he held until 1966. The following year he served as Jesse Unruh's chief of staff. Since 1973 he has been a legislative representative.
