Duge, Rena, 1979-
Duge was born in California. She was the third of four girls in her family. Duge explains that her father was deaf and her mother was hard of hearing. Duge attended Brigham Young University as an American studies major and hoped to eventually earn a Ph. D. and become a university professor.
